Need a night out? We’ve got the kids covered! Drop the kids off for an evening of fun at The Loft at the Meyer Center! This supervised hangout gives kids the freedom to choose how they spend their evening while parents enjoy some well-deserved time to themselves. From creative crafts and fun board games to music, singing, dancing, and making new friends, there’s something for everyone. Kids are welcome to bring a favorite board game to share with the group. (Please leave digital gaming devices at home.) Our YMCA Arts & Humanities staff will provide a safe, welcoming environment where kids can relax, play, and have fun.

Learn familiar songs from some of Broadway’s biggest hits! Develop vocal technique and gain confidence as a performer while staging songs through simple movement and the use of props. Using songs from shows they collaboratively decide on, campers weave together a revue. Features multiple professional teaching artists to present a variety of arts disciplines.

Create your own microphone, trade friendship bracelets, and sing along to favorite songs from today and years past. Get ready to move, dance, sing, and have fun like a true star! This drop-off program is taught by a Community Ed instructor.

Join us in Collinsville IL for Small Steps!  This program is for children with Down syndrome ages 3 – 10 years old.  Come join our therapeutic play group where we build our gross motor skills with activities from the Special Olympics Young Athletes program, sing with Midwest Music Therapy, and, connect with other children with Ds and their caregivers.

Each Overnight provides a two-day, one-night overnight camp experience. Each camp offers a quality experience involving relationship development, recreation, and relaxation and is specifically designed to meet the needs of youth on the autism spectrum.
