Join the Young Artist Training Program for this beginner level theatre camp! We'll cover topics like stage directions, jobs in the theatre, performing, and more. If your student is new to theatre, this is the place to begin!

Calling all witches and wizards (muggles welcome too)! Spend the week learning magic and wizarding ways as you participate in Hogwarts classes and activities such as wand making, potions class, herbology, and Quidditch.

It's funny how much fun you can have when you're learning to be funny! Learn comedy by doing it at Kids Comedy Camp! You'll master the secrets of stand-up, sketch and improv comedy as well as theatrics. Take home a new gag to get laughs with each day! At week's end, you'll display your newly enhanced focus, creativity, confidence, teamwork, performance skills and sense of humor in a show for family and friends.

Step into the spotlight this summer! Our camp invites young performers to experience the magic and creativity of Broadway. Students learn iconic songs and high-energy choreography from beloved shows—building confidence, technique, and a deeper appreciation for musical theatre.

Drama and art team up for this fun fine arts camp. Youth receive basic instruction in creative dramatics, scripting, beginning improvisation, set design and construction using various arts and crafts media. All projects will come together in a play for participants' families on Friday evening.

The secret work of Minecraft comes to life as actors create, explore and survive anything that comes their way. Campers will not only build their Minecraft world, thy will build theater skills through creative play and imagination. Cook a lava chicken, defeat the creepers, or mine a more peaceful path.

Calling all rising 5th-8th grade actors! Be a part of the magic of theater! Led by Whitfield drama teacher Mary Schnitzler, campers will explore the world of creative theater and learn the magic of telling stories on stage. Students will engage in dramatic games to spark creativity and develop collaboration as well as work on scripts to refine performing arts skills such as brainstorming, rehearsing, and developing interesting characters. This class is open to students regardless of experience level. The camp will culminate in a showcase of scenes.

At the end of the week, students will perform the production for audience members. For Rising Stars: Session 2, the play we will be performing is "Storybook Court: Full of Beans"!

Junior Theater Camp is a fun, imaginative, and welcoming introduction to the world of theater for children in Kindergarten through 4th grade. Campers will explore storytelling through creative drama, movement, music, and play, building confidence and creativity in a supportive, age-appropriate environment.

This class introduces grade school children to the fundamentals of musical theater in a safe, encouraging environment. Campers will explore movement, music and storytelling while learning the skills to perform.

Step into the wizarding world at Hogwarts Camp in Whitecliff Park! From the moment campers arrive, the magic begins! Get sorted by the legendary Sorting Hat, attend “classes” taught by house prefects in favorites like Potions and Defense Against the Dark Arts, dive into enchanting Harry Potter–themed games, and craft your very own wand to take home. Campers should bring a lunch, a snack, and a water bottle to keep their magic strong throughout the day.

Join us at StagePlay Learning Summer Theater Camp as we explore wizards, witches, and magic. Explore the adventures of Elphaba, Glinda, the Wizard and Fiyero through creative and interactive theater games, all presented in our Final Showcase Performance. Join with friends to create your own characters and stories of Wicked through collaborative writing and monologue development. Daily craft activities are inspired by and incorporated into our Performances.
