This camp is a course in improvisation and character development. We will cover the basics of improvisation by developing scenes and characters with little to no preparation through engaging games and activities. Our goal is for our campers to gain confidence on the stage and make informal acting choices without a given script. There will be a short showcase at the end of the week for friends and family.

Step into someone else’s shoes. In this camp, actors will explore fun, hands-on exercises that teach them how to build strong characters from the inside out. This camp emphasizes playful exploration and expressive acting while encouraging students to make bold choices and support one another as an ensemble. Designed to feel magical and accessible, this camp is ideal for both first-time performers and returning students who love fantasy, pretend play, and brining imaginative worlds to life.

Yo Hoy, Mateys! Walk the plank with us as you learn what it takes to become a real pirate! We will do pirate related activities all while learning how to be a performer. Culminating in a performance at the end of the week.

Join us as we look into what it takes to be an actor onstage! We will learn all of the basics of acting and improv, culminating in a performance of monologues, scripted scenes, and improv games at the end of the week. Final performance on Friday will be in the Conoyer Hall Auditorium.

The CSA Drama Camp was created for students entering grades 4-9 who have an interest in the performing arts. Drama campers will work alongside experienced actors all while having fun on and off the stage. Through the use of acting games, campers will learn about being on stage, stage presence, movement, costuming, vocalization, as well as the technical aspects of theater. At the week's conclusion, come join us for a performance of our week's work.

Calling all witches and wizards (muggles welcome too)! Spend the week learning magic and wizarding ways as you participate in Hogwarts classes and activities such as wand making, potions class, herbology, and Quidditch.
