Do you like to sing and dance? Then join our summer show choir - Showstoppers! We’ll learn fun new songs and put them to dance routines to perform for an audience at the end of the week. Make sure to polish up those jazz hands! This is a full-day camp; campers should register for both the morning and afternoon sessions

Come and have a dance party with Ms. Horton and friends. Get ready to show us your moves and learn a few routines. No dance experience is required. Not only will we dance but you will also get to help choreograph a routine to do on our last day. You can wear your favorite dance attire or costumes to camp each day and design a costume for our final performance. Can’t wait to groove with you all.

Campers use creative and collaborative skills to design a mission patch, train like an astronaut, and solve real-world engineering problems using spinoff technology, just like NASA astronauts working together on a mission. They propose answers to questions like “How could space suit cooling tubes be used to solve a problem here on Earth? How could robotic arms help make our world a better place?” Then, they create a storyboard and presentation to share their spinoff project and work on their science communication skills

Campers will immerse in the Spanish language through music, movement, games, storybooks, art, and summertime fun. Perform a full show in a week? Why, yes you will! During this intense week of acting, singing, and dancing students will create a full show under the direction of Mrs. Rowan. Paint sets, create props, become characters, and work as a team as you accomplish the nearly impossible, and have a blast doing it!
