Saint Louis University’s Gardens to Tables Culinary Camp is a week-long program engaging campers in gardening, cooking and nutrition activities.

Food connects with almost every social and environmental crisis concerning us today. The goal of Camp Food, Farm, and Fork is to provide a glimpse into how making positive changes in food systems would impact all of them. Campers will explore how food is a key ingredient in individual, social, and environmental well-being, as well as the roles food could potentially play in their lives—personally and professionally. They’ll take away a whole new perspective on the daily act of eating and gain knowledge and skills needed to shop and eat well, grow some of their own, prepare and enjoy fresh ingredients, and set themselves and others up for healthy futures.

This 5 day camp will take students through the various techniques used by candy engineers to create candy!

Explorer Camp is our traditional program for returning campers or new campers who are comfortable leaving home. This program incorporates our old fashioned outdoor camp activities plus canoe, backpack & bike camping trips. Each trip is geared toward a camper's skill and ability.

Join this hands-on cooking class as you learn how to follow tasty recipes and learn important food safety and basic cooking skills.

Discover the frontier in new and exciting ways! Campers ages 11-17 travel back in time to 1830s Missouri and learn by doing during this week-long camp. Campers participate in journal making, hearth cooking with historic recipes, working with period woodworking tools and fiber materials and much more. Each camper is involved with projects to benefit the site as well as making take-home projects throughout the week. Campers must bring a sack lunch each day. Cost is $150 per person. Pre-registration required.

Interested in different cultures and countries? Cor Jesu's Passport Camp allows students to explore and learn about 5 different countries.

This camp is designed for kids to learn the essentials of baking in a fun, safe, and creative environment.

Do you like Goldfish crackers and Cheez-its? How about Peanut Butter Cups and Girl Scout Samoa cookies? In this camp, we will make all these snacks with a healthy(ish) twist!

Greetings, chefs! Brunch is a mix of breakfast and lunch. We will be making sweet and savory recipes that would be tasty for any brunch party!

Under the direction of Chaminade faculty member Mr. Dave McCoy, students will get out to hike local trails in the St. Louis area and build overall trail skills and outdoor proficiency. Outdoor topics covered will include first aid, leave no trace, meal prep, packing and more. This new camp is an ideal adventure for students involved in, or interested in scouting - especially those preparing to venture to Philmont Scout Ranch. Limited spots available! (Campers will meet at Chaminade each day and transportation will be provided in a school van.)

Our Teen Leadership Program is designed for young adults (16/17) who are too old to be campers and want to learn to be leaders at our campers. We will teach you how to motivate, care for and deal with young people. TLP's get hands on experience and responsibility in daily camp life situations. It is a great first job that is fun and teaches responsibility. Teen Leaders are role models for our campers. Our training will give you lifelong skills that are usable at work or at college.

This three-day camp with optional overnight campout offers girls the chance to immerse themselves in the great outdoors, complete hands-on activities, and earn their Outdoor Journey requirements. Through camping, cooking, and exploring, girls will connect with nature, build confidence, and develop essential outdoor skills tailored to their Girl Scout level.
