This is the classic camp experience. This week is full of activities; archery, rock climbing, lake day, and horseback riding (Unplugged, Fully Loaded, and Horse Camp are the MS camps that ride horses). In addition, campers get to embrace nature by spending the week in our Hogans. They will get to cook breakfast and dinner over the campfire and spend one night sleeping in hammocks. There is no better camp to get away from the hurry of summer, enjoy God’s creation, and make great friendships!

Our Elegant Eats Brunch Camp is a delicious culinary adventure where campers learn to prepare both sweet, cozy favorites and sophisticated, "fancy" brunch classics.We'll start with the ultimate treat: learning the secrets to making ooey-gooey, from-scratch cinnamon rolls, complete with creamy, decadent frosting! Campers will also learn techniques for creating a stunning, classic brunch display, including:Delicate Cucumber Finger Sandwiches (crusts off, naturally!), Fluffy, Buttery Scones and other fun and elegant mini-bites perfect for a sophisticated morning tea. Beyond the recipes, campers will practice essential kitchen skills like mixing, kneading, frosting, and presentation—turning simple ingredients into beautiful, shareable works of art. Join us for a week of mixing, baking, and tasting your way to becoming a true brunch connoisseur!

You’ll be partnered with one of our experienced trail horses as you learn western riding, basic horse care and enjoy being immersed in a Christ-centered community! You’ll also enjoy the fun activities of camp (swimming, high ropes, archery) and will participate in cooking meals over a campfire. This is a 5-night camp and is housed in our Hogans.

Do you like staying up late and sleeping in? The good news is, God’s love is 24/7! The unique schedule of this camp may be just what you are looking for. Life for a Night Owl camper begins with breakfast at “lunch time,” lunch at “dinner time,” and cooking a late dinner over the campfire under the stars. Night Owl campers will enjoy a wide range of camp activities like high and low challenge courses, field games, archery, night swims, night hikes, night games and worship. There is plenty of time to get to know others, yourself, and God by the light of the moon!

CITs (Counselors-in-Training) are provided first-hand experience working with campers and the opportunity to cultivate skills and knowledge in the day camp setting. CITs are selected through an application and interview process. Training and a 4-week commitment are required if selected. Space is limited.

Their days are rounded out with camp programs like Bikkurim (color wars), Shabbat programming and T’fillot (daily Jewish learning or services), and all-camp traditions like plays, cookouts, and evening programs.

This program trains campers to be skilled and caring staff members the following summer. The Ozo Program creates a tight-knit kehillah (community) of young leaders who understand the value of serving camp and community.

Saint Louis University’s Gardens to Tables Culinary Camp is a week-long program engaging campers in gardening, cooking and nutrition activities. Campers prepare a variety of meals and work with professional chefs, registered dietitians, and master gardeners to learn principles of good nutrition, gardening and a healthy lifestyle.
