Let’s go on an adventure across the North American continent to explore multi-cultural cuisine. What better way to spend a week this summer in a fun, exciting class learning how to cook delicious meals? In our state-of-the-art kitchen, young chefs will enjoy lots of culinary action and tasty delights of Canadian cuisine. This camp will help you learn about measuring ingredients, how to follow a recipe, gardening and harvesting, and how to make healthy choices in food preparation. Every recipe is a creation and every creation an adventure! Chef Margaret Grant will guide you through this culinary experience. Any allergies or dietary restrictions will be taken into account for every recipe used, ensuring that the experience is healthy and fun for all!

Students will be cooking with nature in this 5-day camp. Learn about the plants we have in our gardens, how to grow them and use them to make delicious dishes. We will explore our native Missouri plants and learn about their medicinal uses, hunt for wild edibles and learn about chickens. Only hungry kids need apply!

Students in grades 5-8 are invited to Cookie Decorating Camp! Learn different techniques and how to work with different toppings and icings. The instructor will provide some supplies including the cookies and ingredients for the frosting.

Do you love to bake cupcakes and watch cupcake wars on the Food Network? In this amazing camp, you can let your imagination and creativity run wild as you discover how to use icing, flavorings, candy clay, gumpaste, decorations and candies and turn them into creations of art! Each day you will be given a theme. On the final day, we will have our very own cupcake wars. Teams will create a business name and a logo. Are you up for the challenge? Aprons will be provided. 

Join us in making a variety of pizzas!  Explore pizza dough types, recipes and techniques.  Also explore topping options from basic cheese to wild and wacky toppings.  We will top off the week with a dessert pizza.

Experience the Christmas traditions of Felicity, Kirsten, Samantha, Molly and Kit.  Discover all their favorite Christmas traditions and have a blast making crafts, foods, games and more.  Bring your doll to camp dressed in your favorite winter outfit.
