Let’s bake and cook a few of your favorite meals and treats. Come and put on your chef gear and get in the kitchen here at Community. If you enjoy cookies, cakes, pizza, and more, then this is the class for you. We will learn how to measure, follow recipes, and use kitchen tools. We will even make recipe books so you can take the fun home with you each day. Get ready to roll out some dough and taste delicious creations!

Executive Chef Scott Phillips '88 teaches all the basics of cooking and guides campers in the preparation of appetizers, salad, an entrée, and dessert. At the end of the week, campers will prepare a four-course meal to serve to their parents. Bon appetit!

Crispy, crunchy, sweet and salty - fast food places always leave us craving for more. Let’s spend a week recreating some of our favorites! While we might not have the exact recipe for secret sauce, let’s see how close we can get!
