Chess Summer Camps are the perfect way to introduce the game of chess to new students, deepen understanding of the game for established players, or offer intensive instruction for aspiring chess masters. Grandmaster instructors provide daily lessons, puzzles, and play to help guide students through each session.

Campers use the exciting adventures of Superman, Batman, Mr. Incredible, and Spiderman to inspire their own superhero identities. We create capes, masks, and special superhero gadgets; move like superheroes who fly through the air, stick to the ceiling, and walk through walls; and imagine stories about the heroes’ everyday lives.

Acting! Stage combat! Set building! Audition strategies! Join Mr. Spangler, another Super Spangler and local middle school teacher, for Drama Camp, and get an introduction to stagecraft. Each day we will play drama games, build set pieces, learn the basics of acting and stage combat, and watch a Broadway musical. Can't wait to see you on stage!

Keep your child active this summer! Campers will play games, explore nature, make crafts, and make lasting memories. Each session of camp includes one field trip and swimming!

Your child’s in for an action-packed week focused entirely on rockets and the physics of rocket flight! After learning the model rocket safety code, campers will build different types of rockets and participate in rocket launches during the week-long program.

Participants will improve technique, endurance and safety awareness. Each day includes a swim lesson, game, safety activity and supervised playtime.

Sensei David Cloud, our 7th Degree Black Belt, returns for another year of summer camp! Kids will build self-confidence, balance, pride, strength, and security. This camp teaches discipline. Homework will be assigned. Uniforms are required and will be available at the first class for an additional charge from the instructor, a karate based movie will be shown in pieces throughout the week during part of this camp.
