Do you have a pre-schooler that just loves to paint and read stories? Every Friday we'll read a story and paint a ceramic piece that goes with the story. We'll also have other crafts to do and a snack. $18 per child. The book or ceramic piece is subject to change due to supply issues.

These crafts are simple and perfect for littles still learning motor skills as well as older kids and parents looking to unwind. Snacks will be provided!

Clay Together invites little hands and their grown-up sidekicks to spin, shape, and create together! Designed for children ages 3 & up and their parent or caregiver, this playful pottery wheel class offers a fun introduction to clay, creativity, and collaboration. No experience needed, just a sense of adventure and a willingness to get a little muddy! Pairs will complete 1 piece to fire. You pick your colors, and Christine Tavares will glaze it for you. Pottery is usually ready for pick-up in 2 weeks but sometimes it takes a little longer. (This is a one-day class). When registering, only one name is needed to secure a spot for you + one). If you need accommodations for this program, please contact the Foundry as soon as you are able.

An afternoon of movies & crafts for the whole family!

Olive Explorers are sessions for little ones to explore new topics and activities. Session include story time, a craft, and playtime. For children aged 2 years and above. Parents are welcome to drop off or stay and play. If dropping off, and no membership, adult must purchase a day use pass.

First Fridays for Kids Grades K-5th 6-8:30pm. (Long enough for YOU to have a night out!) $48* Drop off. Each month, the project will be different, so you can do as many months as you want!

Sign the kids up for Kids Night Out at the Y and you can take the night off! We'll keep them busy with swimming, games, arts & crafts, indoor play, and a movie. An evening snack will be provided.

We will have different kinds of hot cocoa to try and crafts to make. Come wearing your coziest clothes (even pajamas if you want)!

Spend your day off school at our DIY Holiday Workshop at the Kirkwood Community Center! Choose your very own elf name and create handmade gifts for someone special. We'll provide all the materials you need to craft unique presents that are sure to spread holiday cheer!

Make friends, play games, and explore art with local artists! Our School's Out Camps are scheduled around select national holidays & seasonal breaks based on public and private school district calendars.
