These future emergency medics will learn about venomous snakes, hypothermia, wild animal encounters, poisonous plants, distress signals, forest fires, tornadoes, mosquito bites, and so much more!

Do you love reading great books, creating beautiful art, and exploring our amazing woods? Grab your bug spray and sunscreen, and join us for Books and Beauty in Nature! We will begin by sharing a book, and then head out to the woods to collect materials for our daily art project.

This week will be filled with different kinds of poetry. We will read poetry, write poetry, and at the end of the week we will publish and illustrate our creations! Students will have the opportunity to flex their creativity and write about topics that matter to them.

Do you have millions of story ideas? Is being a writer your dream job? Sign up for this camp to turn your ideas into reality. We will work on developing one story into a 20-40 page book. At the end, your book will be hardcover bound for you to keep.

If you like Lego, you will LOVE this class. Join other brickheads in building and designing Lego creations that use themes, strategies, and creativity in ways you never thought possible. TONS of bricks will be provided. Bring your ideas and buddies to this class and we can build some fun together. Daily books and art projects complement the various building projects.

Discover the Lua coding language while designing experiences in ROBLOX®, an online universe where you can create anything you dream of. This class combines game design concepts, coding, and fun! New developers will learn to use Roblox’s Studio software to reimagine the popular game genres with your own custom code! Student-created games will be available on a password-protected Black Rocket website to share with friends and family. Students will work in pairs or teams for most of the program.

Step into the big leagues and discover the all-star team behind your favorite athletes. From physical therapists to nutritionists, you'll get a peek at how the pros stay in top shape. Plus, you'll learn how to treat common sports injuries and stay extra hydrated. We'll even delve into Tommy John surgery. 

This no cost, online course, is taught by Chassidy Greenwood, IT Engineer 2. Participants will learn essential cybersecurity practices, including increased awareness of cyber threats and cyber attacks.

We will experiment with writing a narrative about a historical event from a first person perspective. Peer review will allow work-shopping of a final project to publish as the group's anthology.

They will practice administering first aid, learn how pharmacists play a role in administering medications, and more!
