Do you love reading great books, creating beautiful art, and exploring our amazing woods? Grab your bug spray and sunscreen, and join us for Books and Beauty in Nature! We will begin by sharing a book, and then head out to the woods to collect materials for our daily art project.

The “Little Green Thumbs!” five-session preschool camp offers young children an exciting introduction to basic environmental science. Each session is devoted to different aspects of the garden, allowing children to progressively enrich their understanding of how living things grow and how they interact with the environment around them. During the course of each three-hour session, children will perform hands-on experiments, play themed games, and enjoy a story related to the session’s themes. A mural will grow through the course of the program as children illustrate their latest discoveries at the close of each session.

Love following along with the adventures of Greg Heffley? This camp will focus on the Diary of a wimpy kid book series with daily crafts, games and books related activities. Open to fans of the series and those new to the series as well.

Campers will role-play the key responsibilities of a doctor and learn about vital organs in the human body.  These future doctors will learn how to use a stethoscope, blood pressure cuff, and reflex hammer.  They will practice adminstering first aid, learn how pharmacists play a role in administering medications, and more.

Camp participants will roleplay the key responsibilities in a vet office and learn how to care for their plush canine patients. These future veterinarians will learn how to remove ticks, perform a nose-to-tail exam, understand proper animal nutrition and hydration, dog body language, and more!

Test your critical thinking and problem solving skills. Expand your imagination and social skills in this Dungeons and Dragons camp. World building and character creation techniques will be taught.

Learning your math facts can help solidify your understanding in math, but flashcards can be a bore. Join Mrs. Ivey to practice your math skills in fun, engaging ways–playing games, working with partners, and learning strategies to help remember your math facts!
