In Summer College – On Campus, students navigate daily life much like a college student – they take a college-level course, live in a residence hall, have meals with friends in a dining hall, and participate in social activities and events on the Syracuse University campus.

Students participate in high-level instruction, have access to virtual campus offerings, and are welcomed into an engaging and supportive online community.

At Summer College – Hybrid, students can expand their knowledge in a 6-week hybrid course. You’ll live on the Syracuse University campus for two-weeks and then complete the final four weeks of your course online from the comfort of your own home – or wherever life takes you!

Monday through Friday, students will join their virtual classrooms to refine their academic skills through a variety of activities—class discussions, debates, simulations, individual and group projects, Student Life workshops, and more.

This five-week program is for international high school students with strong English skills who want to prepare for undergraduate study at an American university.

Studying at Yale gives students a newfound appreciation for their academics and offers an opportunity to forge friendships that will last a lifetime.

Participants will study philosophers, historians, and novelists, such as Aristotle, Thucydides, and George Orwell. The program ends with a debate, where all students bring together two weeks of learning to defend or condemn a relevant topic.

RISE Summer Leadership Institute is a residential college readiness program for Black and African American students entering 9th-12th grade in Fall 2024

This intensive seven-week summer course is engineered to fast-track your journey through the foundational Algebra I curriculum, and to lay a strong foundation for a successful transition from middle school into high-school Algebra. Students in this course will master key algebraic concepts such as linear equations and systems of linear equations. In addition, students will be exposed to inequalities, functions, and polynomials (including quadratics).

In this course, students utilize the Python programming language to read, analyze, and visualize data.

Students in this course study several of the major 20th-century genocides (Armenian, the Holocaust, Cambodian, and Rwandan), analyze the role of the international community in responding to and preventing further genocide (with particular attention to the Nuremberg tribunals), and examine current human rights crises around the world.

Using a curriculum tailored for your child, Fit Reading covers the basics -- like phonics and phonemic awareness -- and grows with your learner to include advanced visual decoding, word analysis, vocabulary, and literary comprehension.

Using a curriculum tailored for your child, Fit Writing trains learners in grades 3 – 12 to fluency in grammar, sentence and paragraph construction, brainstorming, organization, and genre writing.
