It's maple sugaring season at The Historic Daniel Boone Home! Homeschool families will experience what it was like to harvest sap back in Daniel Boone's time while gathering around our Three Kettle Station, evaluating weather superstitions, and listening to sappy stories. Drilling, hauling, and tasting will round out this wonderful winter field trip. Pre-registration is required. Parents and all family members attending, ages 5 and up, must register.

Can your bridge withstand the shake rattle and roll challenge? Explore the world of birds and beasts. Enter the Mad Science chemistry lab and mix, mash, and brew concoctions! Assemble and control pulleys, levers, catapults, simple machines, and megapinchers! It’s 3 days packed with non-stop science fun!
