During the 3-Week Online Film Camp, students write, direct, shoot and edit their own creative content using mobile devices and digital editing software. The camp is structured around the production of two short film exercises of increasing complexity, and days are spent in the virtual classroom and on their own home set. Through a series of online intensive classes on production, editing, writing, cinematography, and directing, students get a thorough introduction to the various creative and technical demands of filmmaking. Students have each one of their films screened and critiqued online with their lead faculty member. No experience is required to attend.

In partnership with the Institute of Politics and Public Policy at the McCourt School of Public Policy, the U.S. Campaigns & Elections Academy will provide you with a framework to understand the elements needed for a successful campaign. Through our Academy, you'll explore what it takes to start, manage, and lead a political campaign. You'll learn from political operatives and industry experts, attend college-level virtual lectures, engage in group discussions, and participate in workshops, simulations, and field trips. You'll also study how campaign narratives are developed and gain tips for building a leadership team to win. At the end of the week, you'll put your newfound knowledge to work in a mock campaign, where you'll create a realistic campaign plan as part of a team.

Yale is excited to offer a one-week online summer writing workshop for 16 - 18 year old rising high school juniors, and seniors. We’re seeking bookish wordsmiths interested in adding to their writerly toolbox! Writers will generate and share their work in an intimate, non-competitive, online community.

The Princeton Summer Journalism Program is a year-long college preparation program for high school juniors who are interested in journalism. This course is a university level course, designed for advanced high school students. Marine Environmental Science explores the diversity of coastal marine habitats and ecosystems and the tools scientists use to study them, with an emphasis on topics related to human impacts and environmental health.
