Join us for the 2024 Tech Revolution STEM Summer Camps at WashU in St. Louis.

Campers use creative and collaborative skills to design a mission patch, train like an astronaut, and solve real-world engineering problems using spinoff technology, just like NASA astronauts working together on a mission. They propose answers to questions like “How could space suit cooling tubes be used to solve a problem here on Earth? How could robotic arms help make our world a better place?” Then, they create a storyboard and presentation to share their spinoff project and work on their science communication skills

A strong start for high school science is key to success. STEM 0.5 is a way for students to learn important information and practice foundational skills necessary for success in the 9th-grade science course. Topics and skills include data collection, experimental design, graphing and data analysis, and dimensional analysis. In addition, we will use the Maker Space to complete a few engineering challenges.

The Engineering Summer Academy (ESA) is a one-week residential engineering academy for students who have recently completed 9th, 10th, or 11th grade.

Parents are invited to a special event on the last day of each session. Special group requests are honored whenever possible. The theme for this session is Monkey See, Monkey Do! (There is no camp on June 19 or July 4).
