LFA Football Rookies Day Camp is a great introduction for your child into the world of flag football. Your athlete will participate in college level football skills and drills coached by current college and high school level coaches and players and finish every day with a flag football game! The camp takes place inside our NFL-caliber indoor facility, so your athlete will stay cool during the hot summer sun

This camp is designed to accomplish two goals: have fun and become better football players. In this non-contact camp, campers will receive expert instruction on football fundamentals, skills, and techniques. Campers will engage in one-on-one drills allowing each of them the opportunity to transfer individual skills taught in camp to game play experiences. This camp is only for incoming freshmen attending Lutheran South.

Happy 4th of July! This week, we will be celebrating the 4th of July with a series of crafts, games, and all Red White and Blue, including our sport of the week, Flag Football!

Participants will have a blast playing games like kickball, flag tag, soccer, and football mini games, relay races, waxmuseum, floor is lava and many others. The activitiesarealways changing and debriefed to add an educational reflection.
