The goal of this camp is to help girls develop into well-rounded players by working on the technical and tactical elements of volleyball.

Baseball camp will focus on fundamentals in attempt to get each player ready for the next level. The camp is run by the Lutheran South baseball coaching staff and varsity baseball players.

We are excited to work with each camper to improve their basketball skills while provide a fun and energetic atmosphere.

ESports is more than just playing video games for fun! Playing video games together builds the mindset students need for developing teamwork and collaboration. Join us as we learn how to play popular ESports titles, develop strategies for games, and learn valuable collaboration skills. We will focus on Rocket League, Super Smash Bros (Crew Battles), and other age appropriate games.

Campers will improve their individual skills through drills, as well as through games.

The CSA Rookie Camp is designed specifically for boys and girls entering grades 1-4 who love, or would like to learn more about playing sports. Your future All-Star will be immersed in the key fundamental skills in a variety of team and individual sports including baseball, basketball, football, soccer, floor hockey, lacrosse, tennis, and table tennis. A strong emphasis is placed on having fun, developing team camaraderie, learning the rules, learning to be coached, and improving hand-eye coordination and motor skills. Basic skills are taught and reinforced in drills, game situations, and full game action. Team play, friendly competition, sportsmanship, patience, self-control and respect for the rules and for each other will be stressed.

At She & Me, girls experience all the fun of camp with their special “She” (a mom, grandmother, aunt, adult sister or mentor).
