Prepare for a night of sharing and creating memories together at Sew Hope!

Instructors determine the appropriate class level for students. Training uses a combination of combat techniques, self-defense, sport, exercise, meditation, entertainment, and philosphy. Students will develop and refine skill skill and build and acquire strength, self-confidence, knowledge, and control.

This progressive training program will implement a short 10 to 12 minute technical training session (as a warm-up), then proceeds directly into game play. During warm-up, the staff will focus on individual player enhancement and begin to separate participants into teams to play small sided games. The staff will continously instruct and evaluate each player on their technique, and give feedback on the when, where and how the game is played. The staff may also move players (even during a game) from one team to another or even one group to another so that everyone has the best playing experience.
