The Lindenwood Weightlifting Club team’s mission is to prepare and teach athletes from Highschool age to Master’s level lifters how to perform the Snatch and Clean/Jerk movements properly and safely. We offer personalized programming, access to our equipment, ability to train alongside the College Team, coaching, and most importantly a training environment matched by few. You need a basic level of understanding and performing the Olympic movements, as well as a current USAW membership.

Single session clinic that trains players in aspects of transition from defense to offense. Focus will be on footwork, hitting technique, passing, and incorporation of high-level concepts. Limited to 60 campers. This clinic will take place in the Evans Commons gym which boasts 4 courts, located on Lindenwood University’s beautiful campus.

Designed for individuals who are looking to be challenged and want to play at the next level. Special attention will be given to technical training, competitive small sided games, and 11v11 play.

A high intensity training session with college coaches from the area and beyond. The primary focus will be on training and learning in 6 on 6 situations. This clinic is designed to help introduce college training for players interested in competing at the next level. Limited to 60 campers.This clinic will take place in the Evans Commons gym which boasts 4 courts, located on Lindenwood University’s beautiful campus. Lunch is not provided but there will be space to eat lunch that you can bring with you or have delivered.

This exclusive showcase will take place the day before the IWLCA Midwest Cup on the campus of Lindenwood University. College coaches will scout players in an intimate setting which consists of stations and scrimmaging. This is a great opportunity to be seen and coached by some of the top coaches in the country.

Bertsch Soccer Academy Camps are designed to give players exposure to college coaches, training sessions, matches, and an overall insight into a college soccer environment. Led by the Lindenwood University Men's Soccer staff, this camp is a great opportunity for players serious about soccer who aspire to develop in the game.

This camp is designed for players who want to play in college. Campers will work on hitting and both position-specific skill development combined with small group drills. Campers will also compete in scrimmages & take a tour of campus. There will be a 1-hour break for lunch (lunch is not provided by LU softball). Campers will be assigned to teams coached by Lindenwood players.

This camp is designed for teams who want to compete against other teams in their age group in addition to a hitting clinic for each team in our NEW BATTING CAGES. Teams will be placed into a tournament schedule with a designated time for their hitting clinic when they aren’t playing.
