At New City School we recognize that an 8:30 am-3:30 pm day can be inconvenient for many families. Therefore, care is provided starting at 7:00 am and continues after school until 6:00pm. Whether you need full-time after-care or just a day here or there, New City School Extended Day can meet your needs. Our regular Extended Day program includes snack, recess, study hall, and planned activities in a low-key, but structured environment. In addition, talents classes are offered during this time. This after-school time gives our students the opportunity to try new things, express their creativity, work for an important cause and to exercise all of their multiple intelligences.
