The Lindenwood Weightlifting Club team’s mission is to prepare and teach athletes from Highschool age to Master’s level lifters how to perform the Snatch and Clean/Jerk movements properly and safely. We offer personalized programming, access to our equipment, ability to train alongside the College Team, coaching, and most importantly a training environment matched by few. You need a basic level of understanding and performing the Olympic movements, as well as a current USAW membership.

You need a basic level of understanding and performing the Olympic movements, as well as a current USAW membership.

Single session clinic focused on all components of passing. Players will work on their passing technique and positioning of their platform. They will also work on overhead passing. This is open to all positions. Limited to 60 campers. This clinic will take place in the Evans Commons gym which boasts 4 courts, located on Lindenwood University’s beautiful campus.

Designed specifically for younger athletes at all skill levels. We will break things down for those that are new to the sport or progress as needed for those that play club. The emphasis will be on learning the fundamental skills all while having fun! Open to both girls AND boys.

This camp is open to High School students entering the grades 9th-12th, where instructions/fundamentals will be provided for all position groups from the Lindenwood Football Staff. Campers will receive a Lindenwood camp shirt. Check-in will take place at Harlen C. Hunter Stadium located in the center of Lindenwood University campus. All camp sessions will be held in Hunter Stadium. Medical and liability waivers must be filled out to participate. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present to sign the waiver. The camp will be conducted rain or shine utilizing an alternative schedule.

Come hit off college level setters! Single session clinic focused on all components of attacking. Players will work on their approach and transition footwork, arm swing, and timing. This clinic will progress quickly to live attacking off of college level setters, ensuring a lot of live repetitions in a short period of time. This is open to all positions of attacking. Limited to 60 campers. This clinic will take place in the Evans Commons gym which boasts 4 courts, located on Lindenwood University’s beautiful campus.
