Instructors determine the appropriate class level for students. Training uses a combination of combat techniques, self-defense, sport, exercise, meditation, entertainment, and philosphy. Students will develop and refine skill skill and build and acquire strength, self-confidence, knowledge, and control.

Mini Classes provide a variety of after school experiences, with a wide range of offerings such as tennis, pickleball, art, gymnastics, chess, LEGO robotics, and dance. Topics offer students in junior kindergarten through sixth grade an opportunity to explore exciting and enticing academic and non-academic areas. Classes are often taught by Community School teachers, although community organizations such as STAGES, COCA, and Mad Science of St. Louis also regularly provide classes.

Lou Fusz Lacrosse Summer Camp is the perfect introduction for your child to the world of non-contact lacrosse, which has been called the "Fastest Sport on Two Feet." Whether your athlete has played before or has never touched a lacrosse stick, our Rookies Day Camp is designed to build the love for the sport and teach the FUNdamentals to your son or daughter. Our coaches consist of high-energy positive college and high school level players and coaches that will ensure your little athlete has a great time! The camp takes place at our world class turf facility in Creve Coeur
