Camp Allen provides a Christian camp experience for a range of age groups. During the summer camps, spiritual growth, life building skills, arts and crafts, and personal enrichment classes are offered.

Throughout the camp, Ninjas will explore essential programming concepts such as loops, functions, and video detection. They'll channel their creativity to craft games inspired by timeless classics like Breakout, Snake, and Flappy Bird, using Scratch's intuitive block-based coding environment. This hands-on experience cultivates both technical skills and imaginative thinking, empowering campers to bring their unique game ideas to life.

Let's free your child's creativity in this camp where young engineers delve into the exciting world of robotics using LEGOR Spike Prime kits. In this camp, Ninjas will use Lego® Spike Prime kits to create robots. They will also be coding those robots to do various tasks. Throughout the week, they will develop and grow their engineering skills and use them to complete the culminating project where they will design and build a robot of their own design!

Got a kid eager to explore video content creation and channel management? This camp will provide them with the tools and skills needed to shine in the digital spotlight. To get started, Ninjas will create and customize their very own YouTube channel using a shared Code Ninjas YouTube Account. They'll express their creativity by designing unique channel art, eye-catching profile pictures, and engaging video thumbnails that will make their channel stand out. Ninjas will learn the ins and outs of recording, editing, and uploading their videos, transforming their ideas into shareable content. They'll also gain valuable insights by analyzing popular YouTube videos, discussing what makes them successful, and learning about copyrights and fair use to navigate the digital landscape responsibly.

During camp, Ninjas use code to control robots and automate tasks like farming and digging in Minecraft Education Edition®, transforming tedious jobs into exciting challenges. They'll explore fundamental computer science concepts such as loops and functions, using these skills to create awe-inspiring events like spawning hundreds of chickens from the sky! Throughout the week, Ninjas will enjoy a collaborative environment where they can share their achievements and play together in a vibrant, interactive world. This unique blend of creativity and technology encourages teamwork and boosts confidence as they watch their code come to life.

Developed for expert Minecraft players ages 8 to 14, this camp delves into the intricate world of Redstone, Minecraft's versatile engineering block.
