Villa Duchesne athletic camps welcome boys and girls grades K-8 and students enrolled in Villa for grades 9 - 12 to advance their knowledge and skill in a variety of sports.

At Camp, Variety Kids are empowered to form friendships, try new things, grow in self-esteem, and explore the world around them with independence and confidence. Variety’s Adventure Camps are for ages 4 – 20, and provide an unforgettable experience for local children and teens with disabilities living in the 30 Missouri and Illinois counties Variety St. Louis serves. Each camper is paired with a counselor “buddy” to ensure their needs are met each day. Campers are split into groups based on age to enjoy activities geared more toward their interests. Activities include swimming, ice skating, fishing, playing games, making crafts, music time, visiting area attractions and much more, all under the guidance of a caring and enthusiastic staff.

Includes travel to Chattanooga, TN.

Come to Community’s Innovation Space and prepare to upcycle materials to make new clothes and accessories for your doll. We will be doing machine sewing for the clothes, and using modeling clay and foam sheets for food. You and your doll will have a blast!

Soar into summer with egg-citing adventures. Get outside and learn the basics of birding to identify the birds in our backyard. We’ll feature songbirds like cardinals, bluebirds, and chickadees; raptors like owls, eagles, and hawks; and your favorite bird. Play migration games, model habitats, and connect with nature.

Sparkle, craft, and shine through a week of Beyoncé-inspired fun! Campers create fun projects like bracelets, album covers, hats, and mini props inspired by Beyoncé’s concert tours like Formation, I Am, the Beyoncé Experience, Renaissance, and Cowboy Carter. Leave with dazzling keepsakes, big smiles, and a spark of Bey magic!

Each day begins with a fun read-aloud. Then, equipped with creativity and curiosity, we’ll venture into the woods to find our inspiration for our daily art project. Come and let your imagination run wild in the beauty of nature!

Our Hi-NRG Cheer Camps offer many benefits, including physical activity, teamwork, dedication, and discipline, helping athletes succeed in life while making new friends and performing in front of crowds. Includes basic tumbling skills, group stunts, jumps, and chants and cheer motions.

Join our chess club and learn how to play this great game. No prior experience is required to participate. More advanced strategies and concepts will be taught to experienced students, and we will have a class chess tournament and short award ceremony on our last day.

Campers will immerse in the Spanish language through music, movement, games, storybooks, art, and summertime fun. Daily language themes include: el océano y la playa, el zoológico, el picnic en el parque, and more. Please join Señora Vonna on a delightful adventure to sing, dance, laugh, and learn Spanish!

Let’s have some fun in the forest! Children will spend the day reading books in the treehouse, creating crafts from our forest finds, learning about the interconnectedness of the forest and all its friends, and having lots of FUN! Come play, learn, and observe with us!

Come garden with Mr. Gruszka as you learn how to work, weed, and care for a garden, big or small. Direct hands-in-the-dirt experiences and projects will allow you to take your “sprouting” skills home and continue growing after camp ends.
