In addition to hands-on cooking, campers will immerse themselves in the culture of each country through song, dance, crafts, and traditional games, giving them a full, multi-sensory experience that goes beyond the kitchen. Campers will practice measuring, mixing, and following step-by-step instructions while developing confidence, independence, and teamwork skills. They’ll also learn kitchen safety, hygiene, and food presentation, all while building curiosity and respect for other cultures. Time Travelers Academy invites campers on an unforgettable adventure through history—exploring a new era each day through hands-on activities, games, STEM challenges, and creative projects. From prehistoric times to the distant future, campers will “jump” through history using interactive learning and playful discovery. Each day focuses on a different time period, bringing history to life through age-appropriate crafts, experiments, storytelling, and team challenges designed to spark curiosity and creativity. Campers might build dinosaur habitats, design medieval shields, explore ancient civilizations, chart explorer routes, or invent futuristic technology. Activities are thoughtfully differentiated so younger campers can explore through play while older campers tackle deeper challenges and problem-solving tasks.

Mystery Spy & Detective Camp is an immersive, hands-on adventure where campers become junior detectives and undercover agents for the week. Each day, campers will work in age-appropriate teams to crack codes, analyze evidence, and solve exciting mysteries. Activities include fingerprinting, secret messages, disguise challenges, scavenger hunts, surveillance games, and logic puzzles—all designed to build critical thinking, teamwork, and confidence while having a blast. Campers will sharpen their observation skills, learn how to think like real detectives, and complete daily “missions” that lead up to a final Case Closed! celebration at the end of the week. Players will work on acceleration mechanics, explosive starts, quick-change transitions, inside/outside edge control, stride recovery, and agility patterns that challenge their body control and overall efficiency on the ice. With targeted one-on-one coaching and high-repetition drills, athletes will feel real improvement in their speed and fluidity. Take your skating to the next level with a week dedicated to explosive speed and quick acceleration. Building on the fundamentals, players will focus on quick starts, stride power, edge control, and efficient transitions, learning how to generate more speed while maintaining balance and control. This camp challenges players to move faster, turn sharper, and react quicker in game-like scenarios. One-on-one coaching and targeted drills ensure every athlete maximizes their potential on the ice.

The third installment in our Power Skating series focuses on advanced agility, tight turns, stops, crosbys, and dynamic edgework. Take your offensive game to the next level with a camp focused on finishing, precision, and dominant net-front presence. This camp emphasizes getting to the net, battling in traffic, and positioning to obstruct vision. On the defensive side, players will learn how to protect this critical high-danger zone using body position and tying up sticks to deny access to rebounds and tips, helping defenders prioritize shutting down these close-range threats and minimizing opponents' chances in tight spaces. Through a combination of game-like drills, small-area competitions, and personalized one-on-one instruction, athletes will refine their timing, accuracy, physicality, and overall finishing ability—while building defensive awareness around the net. This camp is perfect for players who want to become a constant offensive threat and a reliable defensive presence, mastering the skills needed to score (and prevent) goals in every situation and leave the ice with increased confidence around the crease

This program provides a unique opportunity for students interested in design, art and visual communication to build their portfolios while working with university faculty in a highly creative and enriching design and visual art school environment. The program offers valuable foundation coursework to students interested in digital imaging, graphic and interactive design, architecture and interior design, photography and video, illustration and animation, foundations of game design, 3D model making, and more. Students who have completed the program in a prior year are assigned advanced projects.
