Our Summer Preschool Program is designed around the natural curiosity of young children. Each day builds upon their eagerness to explore with age-appropriate academics, creative experiences, and a supportive environment where children grow socially, emotionally, and intellectually. With attentive teachers and small class sizes, we tailor experiences to each child, making this summer both engaging and hands-on. Two, Three, Four Day options also available.

Are you ready for the adventure of a lifetime? Put on your hiking boots and camouflage… you’re about to enter Jurassic Brick Land! Campers build a world that comes to life with gentle Brontosaurus, ferocious Velociraptor, terrifying T.Rex, and more! We’ll learn about amazing dinosaurs that lived during the Jurassic period, and other extinct, prehistoric animals that roamed the earth and swam the seas during that era and millions of years later. Show us your building skills using our specialized project kits. All campers take home a custom-made mini figure.

Seasoned climbing instructors from Vertical Voyages are coming to Rossman to help students climb large trees on our campus! Tree climbing is a safe, active, meaningful, and unique outdoor experience that allows participants to explore the canopy of a giant living organism. Vertical Voyages can be a catalyst for learning and growth by providing participants the challenge and opportunity to engage in transformative outdoor experiences. In this immersive camp, students will climb trees using ropes, learn about forest ecology, identify trees, and build skills needed to climb like tying knots.

Join Rossman’s dining team for a culinary adventure! After touring the Rossman kitchen, campers will learn how to be safe and organized as they set out to prepare tasty foods. Campers will enjoy making a variety of dishes from breakfast favorites to lunch and dinner meals to fan-favorite desserts.

Join us in the Willeman Treehouse for themed tea parties. Each day, we will hear wonderful stories, create art, explore the Pollnow Nature Trail, and practice skills for school. Taught by Rossman Senior Kindergarten teachers.

Each day brings a challenge to explore engineering, motion, buoyancy, and energy transfer. From building towering structures to racing cars to creating energy-powered machines, students will problem solve and collaborate to create innovative designs. Taught by Rossman’s Mrs. Smith.

Join us for Tennis the Menace and Dinkasaurus Pickleball where Tennis and Pickleball combine into one. We use games and music to keep the energy high all while learning the basic strokes of tennis and pickleball. Your child will have loads of fun learning the many differences and similarities between Pickleball and Tennis. No standing around in long lines, we are literally moving and grooving from start to end! This class is great for kids in JK-2nd grade.

Dive into new board and card games each day, as well as backyard fun. From minute-to-win-it games to epic tag to games you’ll invent, this camp will test their creativity and skills each day. Taught by Rossman’s Mrs. Smith.

Embark on an underwater adventure with Journey with Sharks at Bricks 4 Kidz, where Shark Week comes to life through LEGO building! This camp blends the thrill of shark exploration with the joy of LEGO-building. Aspiring Shark Biologists will construct LEGO models of various sharks, from the mighty Great White to the legendary Megalodon. Dive into a week of creating motorized sharks, intricate sea life mosaics, and discovering the wonders of the deep blue. All campers take home a custom-made mini figure.

This 4-day, residential camp is open to students who would like to explore different avenues of study within the STEM realm. Camp attendees will work with Ohio Northern University faculty on multi-disciplinary projects and experience face-to-face instruction in science, technology, math and engineering topics. Campers will participate in hands-on laboratory experiences and interact with practicing engineers and scientists as they broaden their knowledge about careers in STEM.
