Great Books & Big Ideas Programs on the campus of Stanford tend to feature some world literature such as Borges and Murakami but also explore Greek and Roman classics, American writers, and European philosophers. Faculty sponsor, Dr. Rob Reich, typically joins us for one of the highlight seminars of the program each summer. Stately palms and beautiful weather make this the perfect locale for camp. And with new curriculum and a wide variety of readings each week, students can stay for a one, two, or three-week program and even add Writer's Workshop too.

Teaching All Learners welcomes campers considering a career in teaching as we explore what makes each learner unique and how disciples of Christ can respond to the Imago Dei (image of God) in every learner. Join us for hands-on learning as we discover how the brain is designed, how our experiences form us, and what happens physically, emotionally, and mentally when someone learns something they love. Through on-campus experiences as well as collaboration with community partners, campers will get the chance to see teaching and learning from a new perspective. The camp is open to all aspiring teachers, no matter the grade level or subjects of interest.
