Ready for more? Spend three weeks with Girl Scouts this summer and discover new skills to become an all-star counselor. ACITs participate in a week-long internship, living in and leading a camper unit. Campers will still participate in traditional camp activities.

Discover the leader within! This two-week program is broken up into two parts. The first week of camp will be filled with team-building challenges, such as low and high ropes, that strengthen leadership, problem-solving, public speaking, and organization skills. The second week of camp tests those skills by shadowing a counselor, gaining confidence by leading activities, and running campfire. Complete the camp experience with swim time, cookouts, unit activities, and more.

The NexGen Pharmacy Camp is a fun, handson experience for students interested in science and healthcare. Spend a week at SIUE exploring pharmacy through interactive labs, realworld activities, and opportunities to meet pharmacy professionals. Students will stay in SIUE residence halls for a true oncampus experience while discovering how a career in pharmacy can make a positive impact. The camp is FREE for all participants, but space is limited—apply early! Must be an Illinois student.

Summer Art Camp is an all-day program for students in grades 4-5. Campers learn new techniques, collaborate with their peers, and express themselves creatively through exciting art lessons in innovative media. Camp takes place in the Art & Design West building, which provides campers with access to state-of-the-art studios, supplies and classrooms. During our 2-D exploration week, students will explore a multitude of 2-D media. With mediums ranging from painting and drawing to photography, printmaking and more, students will work side by side with professional artists and educators to create new and exciting 2-D artwork.

Arts and crafts week offers students the experience of working with a variety of art media including pottery, jewelry making and textiles art. Students will work with local artists and educators to create new and exciting craft projects.
