This camp will give your child a solid foundation in the fundamental skills and knowledge of the game while participating in lead-up games, exciting player challenges, and team tournament play. Designed for JK–1st grade, yoga camp includes outdoor play, music, games, sensory activities, crafts, and healthy snack creations. Children laugh, move, and learn calm moments, positive self-talk, and how to care for themselves and others. Morning and afternoon sessions are not identical; campers may attend both for additional experiences.

Children explore calm, positive self-talk, and community care through playful themed adventures. Morning and afternoon sessions offer different activities, and campers are welcome to attend both.

Come explore the playful waters of Zoo Creek! Young adventurers will spend their mornings splashing during dedicated water play time, digging for treasures in the sandbox ‘Riverbed,’ and creating incredible art inspired by the animals of the world. A perfect camp for getting messy and making memories!

Brush up on valuable skills and learn the importance of school routines. Listening to stories and reading in small groups will increase comprehension and reading fluency. Fun number games focusing on number sense and computation will help review, reinforce, and develop math skills.

Prepare for success! Fifth and sixth grade students will review math and reading skills through interactive games and fun activities. They will learn different strategies to develop and enhance study skills, including organization and time management. Through critical thinking activities, leadership skills will be enhanced to prepare fifth and sixth graders for the school year.

At S&T’s oldest and largest summer camp, campers are introduced to a wide variety of engineering fields with engaging demonstrations and hands-on activities related to each discipline. Missouri S&T engineering departments will present brief overviews of their areas of focus, the exciting technological challenges on which their graduates work, and how different career fields might impact their futures. Campers will then have the opportunity to visit their top five departments for hands on activities, tours, and research presentations.

Come to campus ready to learn the basic principles of robotics! Using Lego SPIKE Prime, teams of campers will have the opportunity to invent, design, and build robots while learning the basic structure of computer programming. By integrating motors and sensors with the SPIKE microcomputer, campers will program their robots to respond to their environment, react to light, avoid obstacles, and accomplish amazing things. The last half of the camp will be spent using the things they learned to accomplish tasks on a FIRST Lego League mat.

Have you ever wondered how everyday products are designed? Are you interested in making smart devices and products? You will see a product’s design cycle, from project definition to test. This year’s project will be the “Design of an Autonomous Vehicle” to navigate an obstacle course and perform tasks along the obstacle course.

Welcome to Aerospace Camp, where you will explore the wonders of aviation and space exploration! This camp offers a wonderful opportunity for curious minds to dive into the exciting world of aersospace. You will engage in hands-on activities that are aligned with state and national science education standards. Come learn about the science of flight, space travel, and what is needed to establish settlements on the Moon and beyond.
