Our 28-Day Challenge is the ultimate deep-dive into the sport of wrestling. This isn’t just a camp—it’s a PhD-level education in wrestling. Campers will: • Master the same skills and drill routines taught at our 14-Day Camp. • Learn the sport’s best tricks, nuances, setups-to-setups, and counters-to-counters. • Spend dedicated hours in small-group study with Nick Purler—filling notebooks, asking questions, and addressing every gap in their game.

95% of your points come from just 5% of wrestling. Most college matches look nearly identical—and that’s by design. The best wrestlers focus on the highest-percentage scoring opportunities and perfect them. By mastering the key ways to score from wrestling’s most common positions—Top, Bottom, and Neutral—you’ll never be lost on the mat again.
