For aspiring chefs, children ages 7 to 11. The focus for this three-day bootcamp with Lydia Gwin will be on international cuisines utilizing a variety of techniques, and will include lessons on geography, language, and culture. This hands-on class will create dishes from Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas including French crêpes with berry filling, British jam thumbprint cookies, Greek lemon chicken skewers, mini shepherd’s pie cups, mini calzone pockets, veggie and chicken potstickers, Japanese teriyaki chicken onigiri, pad Thai, mini banana pancakes with honey, coconut rice with mango, baked empanadas, oven-baked cinnamon sugar churro bites, Brazilian brigadeiro truffles, Mexican street corn cups, and Moroccan-style couscous bowls.

This camp is designed for younger kids (ages 5 & 6) and is held Tuesday through Thursday, unless otherwise noted. No previous experience required! Learn the fundamentals of becoming an equestrian, and learn to lead, groom, and tack a horse using our very own small herd of miniature horses. Campers will also receive a pony ride on a full size horse that will be led by their instructor each day!

Campers will also get the opportunity to ride horses 3 of the DAYS during the week of Little Ranchers Camp.

The camper must have the desire to improve your western riding. You are eligible if you have taken the Manes & Tails Camp the previous summer or you are in our lesson program.

5-day horse riding camps for ages 7-14. Monday- Friday. THIS IS NOT A JUMPING CAMP!!! Requirements: Must have taken Manes & Tails Camp previously! The camper has the desire to learn the basic techniques of English riding that is needed to advance towards the ability to jump. The ability to steer your horse efficiently at the walk and trot. You are also eligible if you are in our lesson program or already take English lessons.

5-day western horse camp for ages 11-14. Monday- Friday. Requirements: Campers must be between the ages 11-14. If you are younger than the required age but have previous horse experience, please contact the office to inquire about eligibility. Be confident at a walk, trot and canter. Must either be a current intermediate level western rider at Kraus Farms or previously attended 1-2 weeks of Wrangler Camp.

Belmont University’s Summer Piano Invitational is a summer experience for pianists rising into 9th-12th grades. Participants may study classical or jazz piano in their private lesson with a member of Belmont's nationally-recognized piano faculty. There are also group sessions for participants that include sight-reading, ensemble playing, introduction to popular styles, and approaches to learning music.
