The Beaver Works Summer Institute (BWSI) is an innovative STEM program for high school students, hosted by MIT Lincoln Laboratory and MIT’s School of Engineering. BWSI offers hands-on, project-based courses that challenge students to solve real-world problems in areas like robotics, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and more. Brentwood Parks and Recreation has added 4 individual weeks of camp in 2026. Camps will run from July 20 - August 14 from 8:30AM – 4:00PM. Early and Late Care will be available. Each week campers will cook, participate in science, art projects and walking/bus field trips. Camp will visit Brentwood Park weekly. Registration starts on January 5, 2026 and spaces will be limited to 30 campers per week.
