An Art Camp for Nature Enthusiasts

Meet the amazing Camp Cedarledge horses! Girl Scouts will tour the barn, groom a horse, take a ride while being led by a wrangler, make horse crafts and enjoy a snack at the barn.

This camp is the ultimate sleepover! Campers tour the barn, ride a horse, cook s'mores over a campfire, and enjoy evening games at a slumber party with the horses.

Explore the trails of Camp Cedarledge on horseback! Campers will ride on our beautiful, shaded trails with different horses. During camp, Girl Scouts also swim daily and participate in activities such as archery, games, and crafts.

The equestrian journey continues for intermediate riders with Saddle Sense. Girl Scouts continue to develop riding skills in the arena, ride the camp trails, and enjoy a sleep out at the barn. Daily camp activities allow campers to enjoy target sports, swimming, and campfires, while developing skills in an outdoor environment.

Splash into this program and learn all about water! We'll explore why it's important, how it's used, and yes, even play around in it. Learn to love, save, and share water during this Brownie Journey. Brownies earn their Wonders of Water Journey Award.

Head out to Camp Fiddlecreek for a day of play! Brownies will have a blast exploring camp through classic activities like swimming and crafting, as well as earning their Craft and Tinker Badge through some fun and creative activities. Guided by older Girl Scouts, Brownies will unlock their camp creativity!

Get ready to play, explore, and experience the great outdoors as we visit parks all around the St. Louis area! We'll splash in the fountains at the Forest Park Nature Playscape, meet friendly farm animals at Suson County Park, and chat with a Park Ranger during our State Park adventure. Of course, there will be plenty of time to slide, swing, and enjoy the sunshine! Along the way, Brownies earn their Outdoor Adventurer Badge.

Blast off into adventure at Astronaut Academy! In this two-day summer program, Girl Scout Brownies will explore the wonders of space and flight through hands-on STEM activities and exciting experiences. On day one, Brownies will take a field trip to Wings of Hope to learn about aviation and how airplanes help people around the world. The next day, Girl Scouts will explore a traveling planetarium for an out-of-this-world astronomy presentation by the Challenger Learning Center. Through fun astronaut training challenges and space science experiments, Brownies will discover what it takes to think like an engineer, fly like a pilot, and dream like an astronaut!

This overnight adventure is an opportunity just for Juniors to learn new outdoor skills like archery, crafts, and more. When not testing their newfound talents, campers will have plenty of time for cooling off at the pool.
