Get ready for a week of giant-sized curiosity! Campers will explore some of the largest, most amazing wonders in nature—from enormous ocean creatures to the vastness of outer space. Each day highlights a different “BIG” topic through exciting experiments, creative engineering, outdoor exploration, and an exclusive visit to the museum’s current special exhibition. By the end of the week, campers will understand how “big” things shape our planet—and spark BIG imaginations!

Unleash your inner inventor and engineer during this week full of hands-on engineering, tinkering, and awesome ideas! Explore engineering practices and the design process. Learn how simple machines make work easier and create chain reactions and Rube Goldberg-style inventions. Each day is packed with opportunities to imagine, design, test, and improve—while having a blast building wacky machines and lever creations from everyday materials. The week ends with a Carnival of Contraptions, where campers show off their creativity by running cardboard arcade games and inventive machines they built themselves. Campers will think like engineers as they experiment, solve problems, and discover how objects move, interact, and work together!

Discover the power of your voice and learn to tell the stories that matter. In this three-day journalism camp, you'll travel into the world of news and storytelling. Work with journalism pros to learn how to write attention-grabbing and meaningful articles, conduct interviews, and capture the perfect photo for your story. Youll team up with other high school students to create your own news pieces. Guest speakers will share what it's really like to work in media and why journalism is so important. By the end, you'll walk away with new skills and collaborators, and your vey own finished project.

Join us July 13-17 for a week-long intensive study of piano performance! Learn from Webster faculty and connect with some of the area's most inspiring performers and educators. Students will attend daily private lessosn, master classes, interactive sessions, faculty performances, and guided practices with Webster camp faculty. The week culminates in a Friday afternoon recital for family and friends.

This week-long program hones technical skills, tone, and musicianship through personalized instruction and ensemble playing. A video audition ensures proper placement. Led by expert saxophonists, students enjoy masterclasses, sectionals, and performance opportunities to elevate their playing!

Improve your small ensemble skills and experience clarinet choir with this week-long intensive. Students will experience daily coaching sessions within their quartet (placement by audition), as well as clarinet choir rehearsals, workshops on various topics, and master classes. The week will end with a performance showcasing all of the small ensembles and the choir.
