Serve up some fun this winter break! This youth pickleball clinic is designed to introduce players to the fundamentals of the game through engaging drills, skill-building activities, and friendly play. Participants will learn proper techniques for serving, volleying, and scoring while improving hand-eye coordination, teamwork, and confidence on the court. Perfect for beginners and developing players looking to sharpen their skills in a supportive, active environment. We’re also offering a Traditional Winter Break Camp from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Need something fun to do after camp? Join the Pickleball Clinics in the gym and keep the excitement going with even more active play and learning!

Olive Explorers are sessions for little ones to explore new topics and activities. Session include story time, a craft, and playtime. For children aged 2 years and above. Parents are welcome to drop off or stay and play. If dropping off, and no membership, adult must purchase a day use pass.

Do you need a place for your child to go when school is not in session? Send them to us for our wonderful School's Out Day program! Each day will be filled ith fun activities, games, crafts, and more. Participants must be currently enrolled in Kindergarten - 6th grade.

The Field Player program has four stages of development: Ball Mastery/Dribbling, Passing/Receiving, Attacking/Defending, & Striking/Finishing. Each session the staff will focus on increasing body awareness, self-efficacy, technical proficiency, and tactical understanding, thus improving the overall success of the player.

In the heart of winter, come enjoy a night poolside involving all things GLOW! There will be glow beach balls, floating water fountains, and many more glow surprises!

Hear ye, hear ye! Come to Broemmelsiek Park to hear a story about the American Revolution every month this year. After each story, partake in a history themed craft. Older kids have a variety of American Revolution books to read quietly while younger visitors listen to the story. This free program is for ages 12 and under. Pre-registration is requested.

Back by popular demand, the Foundry Art Centre Art Club is an opportunity for kids to explore, invent, experiment and CREATE! Students will explore various art forms from painting to drawing to sculpture and more. This drop-in art club is for ages 7-11 and will meet on various Thursdays from 5:00 pm until 6:00 pm. Clay Together invites little hands and their grown-up sidekicks to spin, shape, and create together! Designed for children ages 3 & up and their parent or caregiver, this playful pottery wheel class offers a fun introduction to clay, creativity, and collaboration. No experience needed, just a sense of adventure and a willingness to get a little muddy! Pairs will complete 1 piece to fire. You pick your colors, and Christine Tavares will glaze it for you. Pottery is usually ready for pick-up in 2 weeks but sometimes it takes a little longer. (This is a one-day class). When registering, only one name is needed to secure a spot for you + one. Teen Retreat is a safe, non-threatening, supportive, non-judgmental, weekend gathering of teenagers who are grieving the death of someone significant.
