Little Lou's is the perfect program to introduce soccer to your little kickers. This program is specifically geared towards young players between the ages of 2 and 4. Our sessions feature fun games to teach the basic fundamentals and principles of soccer. We have an excellent coaching staff and aim to maintain a player to coach ratio of 10:1.

Mindfulness and Movement can help kids process changes within their world. During our 45-minute class we integrate mindfulness, yogic concepts, and sensory play to allow kids to explore their environment and connect with themselves and others in natural and meaningful ways. From social-emotional skill building to learning how to navigate interpersonal relationships through age-appropriate games, art, literacy, STEAM-based exploration, and more - this time is dedicated to connecting kids with their whole Self, their peers, and the world they live in.

Throughout this 6 week program on Saturday mornings, instructors work on the fundamentals of the game; dribbling, ball control, passing, and positioning. Participants will also scrimmage to practice their new skills! Ages are grouped into Pee Wee (Ages 3-4) or Jr. Soccer (Ages 5-7). All classes are held on Saturday mornings.
