This class will focus on basic movement skills to develop coordination, timing, and flexibility through beginner dance techniques. Students will also learn dance vocabulary in warm-ups, floor work, and combinations.

Each Lutheran High School camp will meet the following objectives: The Gospel of Jesus Christ will be shared with each participant. Positive sportsmanship/citizenship and healthy attitudes will be taught to each participant. Individual and/or group (team) skills will be demonstrated to and practiced by each participant. Drills and exercises to promote future skill development and proper conditioning will be shared with each participant.
