In this STEM Lab, we'll use chemical reactions to create a brand new flavor of soda!

We will have different kinds of hot cocoa to try and crafts to make. Come wearing your coziest clothes (even pajamas if you want)!

Make a gnome that contains all the ingredients for making a cup of hot cocoa.

In this STEM Lab, we'll practice taking core samples with chocolate bars and investigate the three types of rocks with a delicious experiment!

It's maple sugaring season at The Historic Daniel Boone Home! Homeschool families will experience what it was like to harvest sap back in Daniel Boone's time while gathering around our Three Kettle Station, evaluating weather superstitions, and listening to sappy stories. Drilling, hauling, and tasting will round out this wonderful winter field trip. Pre-registration is required. Parents and all family members attending, ages 5 and up, must register.
