The 2022 Cross Country Kick-Off Camp will launch Chaminade runners at all levels into the 2022 season. We will begin building base mileage so that we can hit the ground running when the season starts two weeks later! In addition to mileage, runners will add strength, flexibility, and learn valuable information for the season.
