Aikido Session 1

Aikido is a martial art that gets you into top shape to handle real-life situations, without ever having to injure anyone. This type of self-defense teaches self-confidence and discipline. You will learn how to keep from getting punched, grabbed or taken down to the ground, as well as rolling and tumbling. While training in Aikido, the goal is to prepare for your first promotion test. Instructed by Mike Swederska, Shodan/Black Belt. Purchase of uniform ($85) is strongly encouraged.
