Co-Ed Adult Dodgeball Tournament

Dodgeball is a form of interval training, meaning it alternates periods of high-intensity motion with lower-activity movements or rest. Because it involves sprinting and stopping, moving quickly and repeatedly changing direction, the sport builds both balance and agility. Also, the side-to-side movements, common in this game, tone inner and outer thighs and the leg as a whole. Not to mention, IT'S FUN! Each co-ed team consists of no more than 6 (of which at least 2 must be female). Players will play 2-3 matches. Prizes will be awarded for the top teams.
