Middle School Squash Camp Afternoon

Squash camp is great for those who want to improve their technique or simply explore a new sport. Camp focuses on the introduction and reinforcement of the basics as well as strengthening abilities in advanced play. Typical days involve warm-ups, demos, match play, and instruction. Training includes grips and drops, swing mechanics, court movements, and more. Players of all playing abilities are welcome and will receive instruction tailored to their level.
