Flying cars! Blasting asteroids to keep them from hitting Earth! Fact? Or fantasy? What about ideas that started in comics and books, but are now becoming reality? From the Jetsons to Jules (Verne), look at how real-life technology is catching up with sci-fi, as you learn about all things space. Construct and launch your own model rocket, and design space vehicles with LEGO Robotics! (Students will be divided into smaller groups by grade, and curriculum adjusted accordingly.) (No class on July 4.)
