While it is possible to acquire most ingredients year round, every chef knows that the best foods and flavors are seasonal. In this camp, explore the flavors associated with each season. Each day, try familiar and new foods from a particular season and discover favorites. You must list any food restrictions or food allergies under "special needs" on the registration form or call COCA at least two weeks prior to camp to provide information about allergies. Most groceries included in price; camper needs to provide protein of preference and have access to kitchen equipment and appliances.
