Virtual Sensory Camp

Our kids can benefit from increased activity, movement and mindfulness to prepare them for and support them with all the changes within their school, community and our world. This camp uses mindfulness, yoga, sensory activities, and imaginative play to allow kids to explore their environment and connect with themselves and others in a natural and meaningful way. These 5 days are filled with identifying ways we can use our senses to maintain awareness of our thoughts, feelings, and body which helps us to ease overwhelm, tolerate adjustments, and supports positive interactions.
