Kids Mindfulness and Sensory Summer Camp

Mindfulness and movement can help kids process changes within their world. This camp uses mindfulness, yoga, and sensory play to allow kids to explore their environment and connect with themselves and others in natural and meaningful ways. During this week, we investigate lots of different ways we can use our senses for mindfulness, to help with feelings, to support positive interactions, and to just have lots of fun!
