My Brilliant Body

From the tops of our heads to the tips of our toes, our bodies are brilliant and amazing! For this camp, we will use mindfulness and yoga to explore how our nervous system changes and affects our overall self. Through art and music, we can discover lots of different and interesting ways our bodies move and work! How fast does your heart beat after you move really fast? How slow do you breathe when you've been lying really still? From how far away can you hear something and how far can you see ? Let's find out!
