The Math Lab STL is for children who are deaf/hard of hearing between the ages of 9 and 13. This camp aims to allow students to collaborate on theme-based projects integrating the study of number sense, geometry, patterns/relationships, measurement, and data analysis.
The Math Lab project is designed to transform the way children who are DHH experience math. Exploring mathematical creativity, invoking critical thinking skills, and discovering real-world applications will prepare students to serve as innovators in their communities.
