Campers have fun while learning the basics of running and improving their overall fitness through a variety of activities. They will be introduced to stretching techniques, plyometrics, biomechanics, and conditioning. No prior running experience is necessary.
Please wear running shoes and comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. Snacks will be provided.
