Mini Camp: Cheer Camp

The HI-NRG cheer class is perfect for athletes who want to learn the fundamentals of cheer and tumbling. This camp will teach cheer jumps, cheer motions, stunt safety, cheers, and routine building as well as introduce basic tumbling: forward/ backward rolls, front/back walkovers, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs. We focus on sportsmanship and teamwork, as well as building balance, flexibility, and strength. Cheerleading is an excellent sport for cultivating confidence and and coordination. See you there! -As an added bonus, the class will perform a routine for family and friends during the last class of the session.
